This stylish, detached holiday home's living areas consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a TV, DVD player and iPod dock, a utility with a washer/dryer, a conservatory, and a viewing room with a balcony hosting furniture. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, twin (zip/link) and a bunk, along with a ground-floor bathroom, another bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a front lawn, back garden with lawn, decking and furniture, an outdoor shower and storage for surfboards etc. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a pub, and within 0.3, a shop and beach. Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
