In the beautiful cove of Port Gaverne, is the very desirable three-bedroomed holiday home Stop Tide. Located just a short walk from Port Isaac’s harbour, and within easy reach of North Cornwall’s many attractions, this well-appointed and stylish property makes for a wonderful family base. On the ground floor is a delightful open-plan living area, with a superb light grey kitchen, plus a spacious dining and sitting area - a wonderful social space to gather in as a group and plan your holiday activities, or to enjoy a relaxing meal together. On the first floor are three tastefully furnished bedrooms, including a King-size double, a twin and a single, plus a family bathroom. Doors off the living area lead out to a sublime sun terrace, with outdoor furniture and lighting, making this a great spot for an alfresco lunch or evening drinks in the Cornish sunshine. Whilst Port Gaverne is literally ‘on the doorstep’ of Stop Tide, there are countless more coves peppering the coastline, just waiting to be explored. Take to the South West Coast Path for mesmerising views and beaches aplenty, or jump in the car and journey to the likes of Polzeath 7 miles away. Wadebridge is just 9 miles away, where you can browse the shops and walk the Camel Trail, before returning to Port Isaac for dinner in one of the fabulous restaurants, a short walk from your accommodation. In an ideal location for a seaside getaway, Stop Tide is a bolthole in a great position from which to enjoy all the North Cornwall coastline has to offer.

Location Details
Port Isaac; one of the true Cornish treasures. A beautiful fishing village nestling in a steep sided valley, the old village in the valley remains unchanged from its days of fishing, slate export and smuggling in the previous century. An abundance of small character properties complemented by larger cliff-top retreats, can be found with easy access to the numerous restaurants and shops of the village. The sandy harbour provides an abundance of rock pools as the tide retreats. There is ample parking at the top of the village and the village is a popular tourist destination with plenty of attractions including the dramatic Doyden Castle, the beautiful Lundy Bay and the famous Doc Martin's clinic. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops in the village. Just a short drive from the beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, it is perfect for romantic and family holidays alike.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
