Following a couple of recent guest comments saying the sofas were not very comfortable we have now replaced them with a 3 seater and a 2 seater top of the range Ekornes Stressless reclining leather sofas and a matching reclining armchair and footstool. The main bedroom mattress has also been replaced. Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x second-floor twin. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail and WC. Kitchen/diner. Utility. Living/dining room with woodburning stove

Settled in the attractive town of Dartmouth in Devon is this superb three-bedroom terrace house, 12 Ridge Hill. Boasting a three-storey layout and exceptional views over the River Dart and the Britannia Royal Navel College, 12 Ridge Hill makes for a fantastic dwelling for a group of friends or family of six who are looking to escape to Devon. Park up in the convenient off-road parking space, before unloading your bags and stepping into the entrance hall to discard any coats and shoes after your journey. Be welcomed into the light and airy living/dining room, where you can look forward to firing up the woodburning stove and relaxing on the sofa in front of your favourite film on the Smart TV. As stomach’s begin to rumble, make your way through to the kitchen to rustle up a flavoursome feast with the help of the electric double oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, ready to be served at one of two dining tables. If the weather is nice, why not make dinner an alfresco affair and dine out on the terrace, where you can savour the last of the day’s sunshine. Completing the ground-floor is a handy utility room which houses a washing machine for keeping your holiday wardrobe fresh and a cloakroom, perfect for avoiding those morning queues. As your eyes grow heavy, retreat up to the first floor, where you will discover two well-presented double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other served by a beautifully appointed shower room.
