This delightful, detached property is situated in the hustle and bustle of Lincoln, just an 8 minute walk from the the high street and a range of city amenities. Step into the entrance hallway where you can hang your jackets before continuing into the lounge/diner, offering plush seating and a woodburner within a brick fireplace, providing a lovely spot to settle down in the evening. Allow the designated chef to get to grips in the kitchen, offering a good amount of worktop space and integrated appliances including a gas oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. Take your home-cooked meals to the dining table, or access the patio where a set of table and chairs serves perfectly for alfresco dining. After dinner, wash away the day in the bathroom, perhaps with a soothing soak in the bath, or a refreshing shower, before finding either of the double bedrooms to catch your rest. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
