Entering the property, you will be greeted by an open-plan living/dining room, beautifully appointed with two sofas gathered around a traditional woodburning stove, offering a welcoming setting to curl up with your loved ones and enjoy some quality time together of an evening. There is a pull-out dining table available in the sociable space, where you can enjoy your lovingly prepared meals, cooked to perfection in the compact, but well-equipped kitchen resting to the rear. If you're lucky enough to experience the warmer weather, step out to the front enclosed lawned garden where you can enjoy a refreshing beverage and delight in those stunning country views surrounding, and even get some peace and quiet and escape into the pages of a captivating book. Stepping back indoors, climb the stairs to the first-floor where you'll find a king-size bedroom, alongside a family bathroom with an elegant bath and shower over, so you can enjoy a leisurely soak amongst the bubbles in the tub at the end of a tiring day, or a rejuvenating rinse in the morning, whilst the second-floor homes a twin bedroom. While you're in the area, travel towards the Farfield Mill, an organisation which provides a hub for creative purposes, holding events such as art exhibitions showcasing local works relating to the Lakes. The Howgill Fells provides an exceptional base for exploring the open countryside with ample walking and hiking opportunities for avid outdoor adventurers. Travel towards the bustling town of Kendal for a plethora of tourist attractions, including the 18th century Abbot Hall Art Gallery, housing 300 years' worth of British landscapes and artwork by local artist George Romney.
