Tiny, but perfectly formed: the living areas in this petite home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area featuring a restored, illuminated well and an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, boiling water dispenser, Smart TV. There is a family bedroom with a double and a single bed, serviced by an en-suite bathroom. Hanging rail and chest of drawers for storing clothes. Outside there is bench seating on the lane, and roadside parking approximately 150 metres away. One well-behaved dog is welcomed for a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a stairgate is installed to both the top and bottom of the stairs. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 1.8 miles. Honeymoon Cottage offers a delightful abode for a Devonshire break. Note: Guests can unload just a few metres away at the top of Vernons Lane, accessed by Alpha Place. Note: No travel cot or highchair available.

Location Details

The charming quayside village of Appledore is located close to the River Torridge where the Taw and Torridge rivers converge. A limited but excellent selection of stores, taverns, inns, and art galleries can be found in Appledore. Appledore has been a successful fishing and commercial hamlet since the fourteenth century, and the shipyard is still in operation. The picturesque village of Appledore is near to surf beaches and offers a tranquil starting point from which to explore North Devon. The Quay is an important part of village life and is where you may participate in a variety of activities like fishing trips, crabbing competitions, and even Morris dancers.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
