Accommodation Details

Over three floors. Four bedrooms. First floor: 2 x super-kings, both with walk-in showers, heated towel rails, basins and WCs. One is en-suite and the other just outside the room. Second floor: 1 x king-size with en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, 1 x twin with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC just outside the room. Kitchen. Dining room with period fireplace, woodburning stove, dresser and armchair. Sitting room with smart TV. Ground-floor cloakroom with WC and plenty of space for coats/boots and outdoor washing line for drying

Gas heating throughout. Woodburning stove, Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine for cappuccinos and espressos. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot provided (please bring own linen). Roadside parking available. Garden with outdoor front seating area to enjoy the morning sunshine and outdoor rear courtyard with a large table/chairs and parasol. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping in the property. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.3 miles. Note: Hairdryers on each floor. Note: Regatta House offers one parking permit for 1 car in a near by car park and scratch cards for 1 further car, the scratch cards allow you to park in the close vicinity of the house, but are on a first come, first served basis, and not guaranteed. If space is available it is possible to park directly in front of the house. Both the car park pass and scratch-cards are provided for the duration of your stay.

Location Details

At the mouth of the River Esk in North Yorkshire's Scarborough region sits the seaside town and port of Whitby. To immerse yourself in history, ascend the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey or go to the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, which features a historical and anthropological display about Cook himself. Whitby is a fantastic location for discovering all that Yorkshire has to offer. It is close to Robin Hood's Bay, rich in history, wonders, and scenic areas, and is easily accessible from the thriving towns of Scarborough and Middlesbrough.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
