Over three floors. 1 x second-floor super-king-size and en-suite freestanding bath, handheld shower, basin and WC, 1 x super-king-size, 1 x twin which can be zip linked on request. Bathroom with freestanding bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC Cloakroom/utility with basin, washing machine, tumble dryer and WC. Kitchen. Dining room. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Due to having some stairs from the car park, we advise you drop your suitcases to the front of the property and the key safe is next to the front door and then park your car at the back.
Location Details
In the middle of the Cotswold between Windrush and Burford, Little Barrington is a lovely rural community. The Fox at Barrington, a tavern and restaurant as well as a petrol station, are among the village's many draw cards, thanks to its lovely location on the banks of the River Windrush. Tolsey Museum, the Tolsey Priory, Burford Priory, The Cotswolds Arms, The Royal Oak, and the Burford Golf Club are all within a short distance of the village of Burford.
Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
