Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: The property is accessed by a narrow archway and unmade track which is uneven in places. The archway measures H 2.2m x W 2.5m x D 6.2m so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: If you wish any of the bedrooms to be made up as twin please let us know at the time of booking. Note: There is a sofa bed in the snug which can be made up as additional sleeping for 2 people so please let us know at the time of booking. Note: Logs for the wood burning stove are not supplied

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
