Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture and a private driveway for three cars. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop and a pub, and within 0.6 miles a beach. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Penylan is an idyllic base to explore the beautiful surroundings of Devon. Location Details
East Devon's Seaton is a beach community on the south coast. It has red cliffs on one side and white cliffs on the other and faces Lyme Bay, which is to the west of the River Axe's mouth. Beer and Axmouth are close by. Access to the mile-long, largely shingle beach and a small harbour is provided by a sea wall. Seaton is a town in Devon that is part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and has a decent selection of shops, welcoming cafes, restaurants, and pubs.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
