Location Details
Between Morpeth to the south and Alnwick to the north, in rural Northumberland, sits the lovely village of Felton. The village is only 10 miles from Alnwick, which is known for its castle and famed Garden, which includes Europe's largest cascading water feature, a huge tree house, a rose garden, and an ornamental walled garden. The community has a shop with a Post Office, a coffee shop, a pub, and a restaurant. The castle is renowned for serving as the location of Hogwarts School in the "Harry Potter" movie. Alnwick has a good assortment of stores, bars, and restaurants, and there is a lot to see and do nearby, including miles of beaches with fine sand, numerous castles, and boat tours to the well-known Farne Islands.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
