Reverse-level. Three ground-floor bedrooms: 1 x double with pop up TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with pop up TV, 1 x bunk. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. First-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric fire and Juliet balcony.

Central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. 60" TV, 2 x pop-up TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Decking with furniture and barbecue. There is a bar and restaurant on site. There is an indoor heated swimming pool on site (charges to the site may apply). There is a gym and spa treatment centre. Watersports are allowed on the lake, including kayaking, windsurfing, and fishing. There is a zip wire at the site next door to Lakeland Lodge for water skiing. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: The dining table can be converted to a pool table or ping pong table. Note Watersports and fishing are allowed on the lake. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
