Note: Supervise children at communal pool and gym at all times. Note: This property is set over three stories and so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: Allocated guest parking and additional guest parking close to property, subject to availability. Note: If you wish the super-king-size to be made up as a twin please let us know. Note: Access to the shared swimming pool, fitness suite and games room must be booked online, 7 days in advance, with one 45 minute slot per activity available per day (subject to availability). Note: This property cannot accept Sunday arrivals. Note: Commercial vehicles, caravans and motorhomes cannot be parked on the Blythview Estate

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
