Ruan Minor is a little settlement located in Cornwall that is just a short distance inland from the shore and positioned on the Lizard Peninsula. Ruan Minor, together with Ruan Major and Grade, is a part of the Ruan-Grade parish and is situated near to the busy fishing community of Cadgwith. The town is home to the Ruan Minor Pavilion bar, where people congregate, as well as the local post office and village store, which caters to any self-catering needs. While travelling north, you'll encounter Kuggar, which includes two pubs and a local shop, as well as two additional pubs serving delectable seafood, a fishmonger, and a gift shop. Ruan Minor is the ideal location for people looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway in Cornwall. It is close to the South Coast West Path, where you can enjoy taking in the breathtaking seascapes and going on brisk walks. Visit the stunning Kynance Cove, Pentreath Beach, and Housel Bay Beach at the National Trust's Lizard Point, the southernmost point of England's peninsula, for some lovely blue waters you won't soon forget. The town of Helston, which has a wide range of additional amenities and is the location of the exciting Flambards Theme Park, is also conveniently close by.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
