The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric double ovens, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room with seating for sixteen, a sitting room with a TV, and a snug with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite bathroom, a double with a basin, TV, and en-suite shower room, three doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a second-floor double with an en-suite shower room, a second-floor twin with an en-suite bathroom a second-floor triple with an en-suite shower room, and a second-floor single with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear yard with a sheltered hot tub and off-road parking for five cars. Within 0.1 mile, you'll find a shop, within 0.2, a pub, and within 0.4, a beach. Two well-behaved dogs are allowed, but sorry, no smoking. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the cost. A coastal break with all the family awaits at 102 Columbus Ravine. Note: No Hen/Stag Do's or similar. Quiet time between 9:30pm - 8am. Note: Hot-tub can only be used between 8am - 8pm

Location Details

Two outstanding sections of lovely, golden sand beaches in North Bay and South Bay are very well-liked by families with young children. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
