Porthmadog and Caernarfon, two adjacent popular destinations, are accessible by train from the settlement. A popular seaside town in North Wales, Caernarfon is only 4 miles away and features charming gift stores, eateries, and cafes in addition to a majestic castle and stunning shoreline with a pier.
