Only a short walk to the beach and to the local pubs/restaurants and only a mile from Seahouses you have everything you could possibly need on your 'doorstep'. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and en-suite shower, basin and WC. SECOND FLOOR Living area with large TV and sofa bed. Bedroom 4 with King size double and access to walk-in shower room with basin and WC. OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is an enclosed garden to the rear with garden furniture, stone bbq/wood burner and to the front there is parking for 3 cars. To the rear there is also access to the lane which leads you straight to the beach. All power, linen, towels included in rent. Highchair available. Electric heating.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
