Barley House is located on the scenic Northumberland Coastal Route within the Budle Barns steading conversion bordered by a coastal organic grain farm on one side and open country to all other sides. Coastal views of Holy Island and Budle Bay can be seen from the lower communal areas of the steading and Bamburgh village green is less than 4 miles away. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR (OPEN PLAN) Living room with TV and wood burning stove. Kitchen/dining with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and access to the patio. Utility room with washing machine and WC. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with Super king size bed. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Externally there is an enclosed patio area and private parking for two cars. There is seating and a BBQ area. All power, linen, towels and electric included in the rent. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
