Recently refurnished to an incredibly high standard, the property is set over three floors, with an enclosed outdoor area on the ground floor, a further 2 balconies of the living area and master bedroom with views overlooking the Farne Islands, Bamburgh castle and Holy Island in the distance. Keildon offers the perfect base for those who want to explore the Northumberland coast, or for those who simply want to watch the world go by with flawless views. Open plan lounge/diner with large corner sofa, Smart TV, dining table and 6 chairs, French doors to balcony with outdoor seating for 2 people. Kitchen with electric single oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. utility room with washing machine, drier and WC. SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 1 with king size bed, mirrored wardrobe, French doors to balcony with sea views and seating for 2. En suite bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. OTHER FACILITIES Shared parking in yard, additional parking permit for main car park. Garage for storage of bikes, surfboards, golf clubs. Electric heating. All power, linen and towels included in rent. Regret no dogs. Keildon also has access to a communal garden with views to the Farne Islands. A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
