The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a second-floor double and a second-floor double with en-suite shower room, along with a second-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with raised-level decking and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. 7 Toms Yard is a fabulous base for a group getaway to Cornwall.

One of Cornwall's most charming harbour towns, St. Ives, provides a variety of attractions like the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum, wonderful beaches, top-notch shopping, a vibrant art scene, fantastic pubs and restaurants, and much more. This is the county's top holiday destination, which is understandable given its rather bohemian culture and romantic atmosphere. There is a lot to see and do in the neighbourhood, including easy access to the Land's End Peninsula's Celtic secrets, fantastic coastal hikes, top-notch surfing, and a wealth of wildlife. A fantastic location!

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
