Off-road parking for 2 cars. Wrap-around decking with picnic bench and barbecue stand. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub on-site. Note: Though the property is single-storey, there are steps up to the lodge. Note: Cot and highchair not provided. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge, the nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. Note: Complimentary WiFi is provided by the park and subject to fair usage guidelines; quality and reliability of connection will vary based on the number of people using it, prevailing weather conditions and therefore may be limited or slower than you are used to, WiFi is for personal use only and is not intended for high data usage, gaming and/or use for business purposes and bookings cannot be accepted if they are solely reliant on the provision of uninterrupted and unlimited Wi-Fi. Note: For use of the onsite facilities, a complex pass is required, these can be purchased from reception. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
