Single storey. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x king (zip/link can be twin on request). Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area

Off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.9 miles, pub 1.4 miles, canal 0.3 miles. Note: If you would like the zip/link bed to be set up as a twin, please contact us to advise. Note: There is a step onto the decking and a step over wooden bar to enter the lodge. There are step over wooden bars into the bathroom and both bedrooms. Note: Guests are able to book beauty treatments with a local mobile beautician, details available upon request from property owner.

Location Details

Halberton is a lovely rural village nestled between the Great Western Canal and the rural scenery of Devon. The town offers a glass of your favourite beverage and a meal at The Hickory Inn, whilst guests can stock up on essentials at Halberton Court Farm Shop. Attractions include Undercover Golf, a great afternoon activity or families and friends, or scenic walks beside the Great Western Canal, past the Great Western Canal Aqueduct, and heading into Tiverton. Tiverton offers more amenities and attractions, with a selection of eateries, cafes and a supermarket, as well as Tiverton Castle, a local museum and walks beside Tiverton Canal and the River Exe. Halberton is also within reach of the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where there are many walks, mountain biking routes and breath-taking views to be enjoyed, as well as great birdwatching opportunities. Halberton is a lovely location for exploring the countryside of Devon.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
