The Filly consists of kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and toaster and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom, along with a cloakroom. Outside there is a shared garden with picnic bench, and parking is available. Within 1.7 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.9 miles, the River North Tyne and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome (additional charge is applicable) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Northumberland by securing your stay at The Filly. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
