Parking in chargeable car park 400m from property plus roadside parking in street outside subject to space, restricted to 1 hour mid-March - end October. Within 0.2 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. This third floor, sea facing, penthouse apartment is just a short walk to the harbour and town's amenities in the bustling resort of Ilfracombe on Devon's north coast. Perched on the top floor of the Oceanside apartments in Capstone Crescent, you are greeted with magnificent views of the ocean that stretch for miles out over the English Channel. There are 5 beaches in the town, including the famous Tunnels Beach, hand carved through the cliff face where bathing in the shallow waters and rock pooling make it an ideal spot for families with children. Day trips to The Big Sheep and Combe Martin Wildlife Park are within a half hour drive. The vast stretches of golden sands can be found at nearby Woolacombe, just 6 miles and the coast path is on your doorstep to explore the magnificent coastline on foot.
