All ground floor with wheelchair access. One king-size double bedroom (1 zip/link, can be 2'6" twin beds on request) with en-suite wet room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Shared external utility.
This ground floor cottage has ramped access and is ideal for the less mobile as it has a double bedroom with an en-suite wet room. There is also open plan living accommodation with doors to a private patio which has stunning views. Note: This property can be booked with refs 10062 and 12934 and together they accommodate 8 people.

Its excellent transport links â regular ferry, hovercraft and catamaran services from the mainland â mean thousands each year cross The Solent to enjoy Ryde's selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, or to relax on the six miles of glorious sandy beach. There are plenty of recreational activities on the seaside esplanade, including tenpin bowling, an ice-rink, children's rides and paddling pool, a boating lake and a putting green. With everything in easy reach and the whole Island at your fingertips, Ryde makes a superb holiday destination.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
