Hazel Lodge is a detached barn conversion, in the expansive grounds of Shells Cottage in Washford. With four bedrooms, two first floor twins, and a double and a twin on the ground floor, it sleeps eight comfortably. There is also a wet room on both the ground and first floor, and an open plan living area on the ground floor, with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with woodburner. There is also a kitchenette on the first floor. Outside there is off road parking and a decked area with private hot tub, as well as access to the acres of grounds. The unusual layout of the cabin means that the first floor is only accessible by an external staircase. Hazel Lodge is a great base for two families travelling together, or older siblings that wish for privacy. Please note - charging for electric cars is not permitted. Charging available in Minehead (10 mins away).

Split into two and linked by an external staircase, this Washford cottage's unusual layout makes it ideal for two families holidaying together, or for older children to enjoy some privacy. There are two bedrooms and shower rooms on each floor of this Washford lodge, while the ground floor living area boasts a cosy woodburner in a feature fireplace, exposed beams and comfortable sofas, so you can sit back and relax after a busy day exploring the area. Outside this Washford lodge there is a decked area, leading to a private sheltered hot tub, the ultimate luxurious touch for any holiday. Head off to Minehead for the day and enjoy the long sandy beach and its station for the West Somerset steam railway, or explore the narrow winding cobbled streets of Dunster, only 4 miles away. There is a wealth of options in the area, from clay-pigeon shooting, CO2 shooting and archery to horse riding and sea fishing, plus two miles away is the pretty ancient port of Watchet and Blue Anchor Beach.
