Two bedrooms: 1 x mezzanine double overlooking sitting area, 1 x twin. Ground floor bathroom with deep half-sized bath, double walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area accessed via 3 steps with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.

Pwllheli 2 miles. A beautifully-converted stone-built detached church, dating back over 200 years, in the quiet hamlet of Penrhos just 2 miles from the popular seaside town of Pwllheli. This Grade II listed church has been sympathetically restored to provide modern, open plan living whilst maintaining the ambience and character of this historic building. Notable features of this Pwllheli cottage include a double-height beamed ceiling above the sitting area, superb mullioned church windows and many of the original fittings and furnishings of the chapel itself including the pulpit and lectern. Upstairs, you will find a modern mezzanine master bedroom, with glass balustrade overlooking the sitting area, and Velux windows with views towards the sea in the distance. This Pwllheli cottage is surrounded by an acre of grounds which include an historic graveyard, complete with ancient headstones, plus guests also have the use of a large field to the side of the cottage, with sitting area and ample space for playing games or stretching your legs. Nearby, are the towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch, and only a short drive east will take you into the heart of the Snowdonia National Park.
