All ground floor. One double bedroom. Bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Living room with French windows to sun room.

Note: There's one step into the bathroom and one step into the kitchen. There are also steps leading down to the garden. Note: No children, including infants.
Location Details
Situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, the scattered hamlet of Pentir is set between the famous town of Llanberis and the University City of Bangor. With excellent places to eat and drink as well as wonderful shopping facilities, Llanberis is set beneath the spectacular Snowdon Massif, making it a popular destination for walkers and climbers. This lovely little town is the starting point forthe ascent to the summit, which can either be made via a number of interesting and beautiful trails or via the Snowdonia Mountain Railway. Just seven miles away is the lovely town of Caernarfon which boasts a magnificent Castle and town walls, as well as close proximity to the National Trust properties at Penrhyn and Plas Newydd. The rest of Wales is also within easy reach, making this an excellent holiday spot.
