Ideal for a couple looking for a convenient holiday home in picturesque countryside, this Penhallow cottage is all on the ground floor and has a double bedroom and an open plan living area where you can unwind after a day out and about in beautiful Cornwall. This cottage near Perranporth has its own enclosed rear garden, ideal for relaxing with the dog, before setting off to the nearby beach. There are numerous walks from the doorstep of this Penhallow cottage, which wind slowly through the breathtaking landscape. The popular resort of Perranporth is just three miles away, favoured by many for its surfing beach and long golden sands, plus an array of shops, pubs and restaurants. This Perranporth cottage is the ideal location to tour the western tip of this unique peninsula, with its dramatic coastline, plenty of quaint fishing villages such as St Ives and Mevagissey, and many fabulous beaches. A convenient Cornish cottage providing easy access to the coast.

Note: Contention Barn is fully detached and sits within private grounds accessed via a gated entrance. The rear garden is totally self contained with 6 foot high fencing. Note: Although all ground floor, this property is not suitable for electric wheelchairs due to their size. Note: This property does not accept children.
