Wold's View is one of two barn conversions next to the owner's home in Austen Fen, six miles from Louth. The cottage sleeps up to four people in one double bedroom. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a sofa bed and a ground floor wet room. Outside there is a private patio with furniture and a BBQ and off road parking for two cars. Wold's View is a fantastic pet-friendly retreat in a quiet, rural part of the Lincolnshire countryside.

There is a ground floor double bedroom suitable for disabled. Also on the ground floor is a wet room with a shower, basin and WC. A first floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom completes the accommodation at this homely cottage. Outside is a patio area with furniture and barbecue, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside.
