Filey 3 miles. An attractive, mews-style mid-terrace property, in The Bay holiday village, three miles from the seaside town of Filey. With four generous bedrooms, this modern Filey cottage is perfect for family groups to get together and enjoy the extensive on-site leisure facilities in a lovely environment. Light and airy, this Filey cottage offers an L-shaped open plan living area with a well-equipped modern kitchen and comfortable sitting area. French doors open onto a small rear patio, whilst one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, ideal for the less able. This cottage near Filey is surrounded by communal lawned grounds, ornamental lakes and picnic areas, whilst on the complex itself is an excellent indoor swimming pool with a sauna, steam room and gym. Guests at this Filey cottage are able to play tennis and book scuba diving lessons, whilst a pleasant walk brings you to a Blue Flag sandy beach that stretches for miles. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
