This cottage near Caerwys was the birthplace of Dr. Thomas Wynne, the personal physician of William Penn and one of the original settlers of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It offers an ideal central location for touring all of North Wales and Cheshire, and for enjoying the abundance of outdoor activities on offer in the area. This charming Caerwys cottage offers stylish accommodation, with an abundance of original character features including an exposed cobbled entrance hall, lead light windows, a feature bread oven housed next to a warming woodburning stove in an inglenook fireplace, original stone flag kitchen and exposed oak beams and timber frame throughout. A cosy sitting room welcomes you in to this Caerwys cottage, and the large fitted kitchen with dining area provides the ideal social area to cook, eat and relax.
