A stunning, stone-built, semi-detached barn conversion, in a beautiful, secluded location in the hamlet of Pennington, three miles from the ancient market town of Ulverston. Fully renovated and lovingly restored, this Pennington cottage offers first class accommodation; the spacious, open-plan first floor living area features a beautiful kitchen with central island, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburner, as well as exposed beams and doors to the patio and garden. Guests have the added advantage of exclusive use of the inviting outdoor hot tub, ideal for relaxing after a day's touring or hiking. There is excellent walking and cycling, with the Cumbria Way and several pretty paths close by. Enjoy one of the many festivals of nearby Ulverston, or discover the sandy beaches of the Furness coast or the water sports of Coniston. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
