This semi-detached cottage has been furbished to a high standard and offers a comfortable holiday retreat on the owner's sheep and cattle farm. The accommodation is all set out on the ground floor. There is a bright and cheerful kitchen area which is on open plan with the rest of the living space, a generous sized dining room and the delightful lounge is comfortably furnished with an open fire adding to the cosy atmosphere. Just off the lounge is a lovely sun room offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The two bedrooms are light and airy and there is a well-appointed shower room to finish off the accommodation. Outside the lawned garden has delightful views, furniture and a barbecue. This property is a real haven for visitors in this fabulous region of Ireland.

Trout fishing available by arrangement with owner (rods available to purchase locally). One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, restaurant and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Water supply is from local borehole.

Location Details

Lismore is a rich and vibrant heritage town, and is home to a magnificent castle with spectacular Jacobean gardens and a 17th century hilltop Cathedral.
