With one double and one twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a freestanding Victorian style bath, this cottage can sleep four people in comfort. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a comfy sitting room with a woodburner effect gas stove whilst outside the cottage is a front patio with furniture and arbour. Clematis Cottage is next door to a shop and Post Office and just a short walk from the local pub which makes this cottage a perfect base for exploring this lovely area.

A lovely, stone detached Baslow cottage, handily located next to the village shop and Post Office in this pretty village, in the Peak District National Park. Beautiful walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep, whilst the village provides an array of lovely pubs, a Michelin star restaurant and breathtaking countryside. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
