The semi-detached cottage's living areas consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric double oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge, table-top freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for five people, a utility/cloakroom with a washing machine, and a sitting room offering a TV with Freeview and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, a single and a family room with a double and single, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a lawned area with patio and charcoal BBQ, swing and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.6, a pub, and within 2.3, a beach. One well-behaved pet is welcome, however smoking is not. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are provided. Boasting its own mild climate due to its unusual positioning, and an exciting array of wildlife and birds including soaring buzzards, this village is an ideal base for scenic walks in the surrounding countryside. The small town of Harlech, which is a World Heritage Site is only 1.4 miles away and is dominated by its majestic 13th Century castle.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
