Outside this Filey self-catering apartment are communal lawned grounds, with a small nature reserve, two lakes, and BBQ and picnic areas for guests. A three minute stroll along a private walkway brings you to a lovely, sandy Blue Flag beach, perfect for families, whilst on the complex itself is an excellent indoor swimming pool with a sauna, steam room and a gym. There are also tennis courts, a putting green, beauticians and fishing. A good pub serving food, coffee shop and chemist in The Bay are within three minutes' walk from this Filey self-catering apartment. Use of communal sauna, steam room, gym and indoor heated swimming pool. Off road parking for one car. Communal, lawned grounds with picnic and BBQ areas. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 3 mins walk. Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible. However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
