Spacious first floor sitting room with pleasant Dales views. Well-equipped kitchen with separate dining area on ground floor. Inner hallway.

Gas central heating with gas fire in sitting room. Gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, video, DVD player, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent, towels are not provided. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking. Private patio areas and shared use of mature south-facing gardens. One small well-behaved dog welcome ( owner may consider an additional dog upon request). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar.

Originally the site of a monastic settlement in the 12th century, the village of Embsay is now a popular destination amongst walkers and railway enthusiasts. The Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway runs through the beautiful surrounding countryside and boasts award-winning authentic station buildings and steam trains. At the centre of the village is the Old Mill, home to a needlecraft centre and coffee shop whilst the lively, bustling market town of Skipton is close at hand to provide any extra amenities visitors may need. Bolton Abbey, Kilnsey and Grassington are all within easy driving distance and help to make this charming village a wonderful base for exploring the Dales.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
