Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a raised veranda with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. A stone-built detached barn conversion, situated on the owner's 30 acre smallholding in the rural village of Bronaber, just 3 miles from the village of Trawsfynydd in the Snowdonia National Park. This Trawsfynydd holiday cottage has been lovingly renovated to provide upside down accommodation with contemporary decor and furnishings. This is a wonderful Trawsfynydd cottage with a woodburner in the first floor open plan living accommodation and French doors onto a raised veranda providing views of the Rhinog mountain range. There are two ground floor bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, providing accommodation for a small family or two couples who wish to explore this part of North Wales. A wonderful location for mountain biking enthusiasts and walkers as on the doorstep is the renowned Coed-y-Brenin Forest with its famous mountain biking trails. Enjoy the surrounding hill and mountain scenery, fishing in Trawsfynydd Lake, white water rafting, canoeing and the beautiful beaches at Porthmadog, Harlech and Barmouth. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
