With two bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, up to four people can stay. There's also a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside, there is a front, private, enclosed patio garden with furniture and BBQ, off road parking for two cars and a shared clubhouse with pool table, darts, toilets and two showers. Two bedrooms with en-suite shower, basin and WC: 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x king-size double. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with open fire. Shared external clubhouse with pool table, darts, toilets and two showers.

Front, private, enclosed patio garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: There is a small campsite on the farm approx. 250 yards from the cottage. Note: Walls around garden but cottage next to a canal, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Road noise can be heard when sat in garden.
