With sea views and bright accommodation including two en-suite bedrooms (one ground floor double with en-suite bathroom and one first floor super king-size double, which is zip/link and can be a twin on request, with an en-suite shower room), this cottage can sleep up to four people comfortably. There's also a laundry room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner leading to a private, enclosed south-facing terrace with furniture. Just five minutes' walk downhill are Mevagissey's many amenities including intriguing gift shops and inviting pubs, cafes and restaurants. Nectan provides a wonderful base for discovering this popular and beautiful area of Cornwall.

This light and airy cottage, attached to owner’s home, sits on the slopes above the quay in the Cornish village of Mevagissey, with stunning views across the valley and sea views across the harbour towards beautiful St Austell Bay. Offering cosy, yet spacious and modern accommodation, this Mevagissey cottage has two comfortable bedrooms, both boasting en-suite facilities, including a double on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom and a super king-size double (can be twin on request) on the first floor with an en-suite shower room, making it perfect for two couples, a family or group of friends looking to get away together. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods.
