Painter's Cottage is a lovely detached timber clad barn conversion in the grounds of the owner's home, a mile from the village of Kingsland and 3.5 miles from the town of Leominster. This cottage sleeps two people in a zip/link super king-size double bedroom, and there's also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden with furniture. Painter's Cottage is a charming base for a couple with many attractions nearby. Note: The cottage is situated next to the B4360, some traffic noise can be heard. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: Adults only, no children. Local shop and pub 8 mins walk. Please note there is a village shop under a mile away which also is the Post Office and Tea rooms. There are also two village pubs also under a mile. and also a Morrisons supermarket approx a 5 minute drive away.

Kingsland 1 mile. A beautifully-presented, detached timber clad barn conversion set in the one acre grounds of the owner's home, surrounded by unspoilt Herefordshire countryside, a mile from the village of Kingsland and 3.5 miles from the town of Leominster. You enter into the welcoming sitting room with a cosy seating area and a dining area with plenty of natural light, then make your way through to the well-equipped and stylish kitchen which has everything guests need to prepare a romantic dinner. Head upstairs to the lovely bedroom with an adjoining bathroom to enjoy a rewarding soak after a day’s walking or cycling with routes available from the doorstep of the cottage. Outside, five stone steps lead to a lawned area with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing with a good book whilst listening to the birdsong and local wildlife. The pretty village of Kingsland is close by and has two good pubs, a well-stocked shop and a Post Office. Enjoy the many outdoor activities on offer in the area, visit the local cheesemaker in Monkland or spend an afternoon strolling around the historic towns of Leominster, Ludlow or the cathedral city of Hereford. A wonderful cottage to stay in at any time of the year.
