Sycamore Lodge is a detached lodge situated four miles from Rhayader in Mid Wales. The lodge sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms, a twin room and a family bathroom. It also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a superb hot tub overlooking the surrounding fields. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 2 x double with doors to decking, 1 x twin. Three bedrooms: 2 x double with doors to decking, 1 x twin with escape window (fire escape not suitable for disabled or vulnerable guests). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric woodburner-effect stove.

Front lawned garden with decking, furniture and hot tub. Side patio with bird feeders. Universal electric vehicle charge point - charges apply, this is payable locally to the owner. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: There are two steps up to front door, but there is ramped access to side door. Note: Water is UV filtered from a spring, which is tested annually. Note: Coffee Pod Machine uses Nespresso Original Compatible Pods.

Location Details

Rhayader is a small Welsh town offering tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and shops, along with a leisure centre and regular livestock marts. The annual Royal Welsh Show is just one of the attractions in nearby Builth Wells, and the beautiful Elan Valley is nearby.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
