There is also a bathroom, a second floor TV room, a boot room and cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, a utility in an external building, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside is nearby permit parking and a west-facing veranda with table, chairs, large sun decked terrace, and picnic table. Goronwy Cottage offers a wonderful base in North Wales. Note: This property is over three floors in an elevated position in old Barmouth, with 45 steps up to the property and some low doorways. Due to its age and nature, stairs are a little steeper and narrower than normal. Note: There is no vehicle access to the property, so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: No stag/hen parties.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
