Meadway House is a superb, detached cottage set a short stroll from the coast in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales. The cottage has five bedrooms, two of which have en-suites, two a first floor family bathroom, a shower room and a WC in the utility on the ground floor. The property can sleep up to 12 people in total. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area, a sitting room with a sofa bed and a woodburner, plus a first floor games room with a football table and a sofa bed if required. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars along with an enclosed patio garden area with furniture. Just a short stroll from Meadway House will bring you to the coast, the small family-friendly sandy beach, the promenade and the excellent coastal cycle route.

Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Shower room with shower only. Kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 2) and dining area (seats 6). Utility with basin and WC. Dining room (seats 12). Sitting room with sofa bed and woodburning stove. First floor games room with sofa bed.

Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: Bathroom is on a half landing and shower room is accessed up and down 3 steps. Note: Twin room can only be accessed via the double room with basin.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
