This charming, detached bungalow has been refurbished to a high standard and is located in the prestigious Rosemount area of Blairgowrie. It sits just over a mile from the town centre, so the many amenities of the town as well as the beautiful surrounding countryside are equally accessible. The cottage offers two bedrooms, one is a king-size double and the second is a twin. A comfortable sitting room has a view over the front lawn while the well-equipped modern kitchen and dining room overlook the rear courtyard garden which, with its furniture and BBQ, is the ideal secluded spot to enjoy wining and dining alfresco. Blairgowrie Golf Club is virtually on your doorstep, making the cottage a haven for golfers as well as walkers and cyclists who can enjoy some of the beautiful Perthshire scenery. Slightly further afield are the towns of Perth, Dundee, Aberfeldy and Pitlochry, or marvel at the stunning Cairngorms National Park which is just a few miles to the north. A lovely bungalow, ideal for a comfortable holiday at any time of the year.

The town is overlooked by hills and mountains, making this region superb walking, riding and cycling country. Golfers are very well catered for with many courses in the area including Rosemount and St Andrews and Gleneagles all within easy reach. Glamis Castle has a long history, and is said to be the most haunted castle in Scotland as well as the setting for Shakespeare's Macbeth. The Beech hedge at Meikleour was planted in 1745 and is the highest in the world. With so much on offer, this is a great year round holiday destination for the whole family.
