Enter straight into a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table that can seat all twelve guests, and take four steps down to access three ground floor bedrooms, one of which has an external stable door. Head up the stairs to the light and airy sitting room with full-height arched windows and glass balustrade. Sit here and relax in front of the Scandinavian gas woodburner-effect stove which will keep you warm no matter what the weather is like outside. Three more bedrooms can be found on the first floor, and with a total of four bathrooms in the cottage, nobody will have long to wait to get ready in the morning. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
