Dartmouth Castle and 16th century Bayard's Cove Fort are within easy reach. Coleton Fishacre National Trust house and gardens are also nearby as is Greenway, Agatha Christie's home. Only 5 miles from Woodlands Family Theme Park with Zoo Farm. Set on The South West Coast Path, the area is also an ideal location for walkers, with Dartmoor National Park only 15 miles away. Topsail Cottage offers one designated car parking space in a private car park adjacent to the cottage. There is also a 'first come first served' roadside parking in the area for a second car. Note: Property is set up a very steep hill. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to decked balcony and terrace.
