The site of a former watermill adjacent to the River Sien, tastefully converted into a spacious detached cottage, surrounded by rolling hills and in a central location offering access to Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and the Ceredigion coastlines. There is an open plan living area including a spacious sitting area with cosy woodburner. Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms. A spacious and welcoming getaway for small groups or families. Note: This cottage is next to Ref. 930697, together they sleep 10.

Small riverside seating area at the front of the property, with shared access to the owner's extensive woodland riverside walk. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop, pub and restaurants 7 miles. Note: Access to owners' dog wash area on request. Note: WiFi not suitable for large downloads. Note: Due to valley location, poor mobile signal.
