Outside is off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden with a patio and furniture and a hot tub. The Barn is ideal for a large family or couples to get away from it all and relax.

A fabulous, terraced barn conversion on the owner’s working farm in the pretty hamlet of Milton, just a short drive from Brampton. Lovingly converted, the interior of The Barn has been well-thought-out to provide maximum comfort for guests. The sitting room has a warming woodburner and sumptuous sofas, the large windows overlook the enclosed garden and French doors lead to the patio area. This is an ideal spot for letting the dogs safely stretch their legs or just relaxing and watching the sun descend behind the Tindle Fells to the West. On frosty evenings what would be better than battening down the hatches, and relaxing in front of the woodburner whilst watching a film on the 50" Smart TV! The adjoining kitchen/diner has a large table, ideal for those family meals or a spot of Monopoly. The Barn is ideal for a large family or couples, with two en-suite bedrooms and a family bathroom for the third bedroom. Perfectly positioned for visiting the Scottish Borders, Northern Lakes and Pennines, this is a wonderful place for a Cumbrian break at any time of year. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
